- Tenants are provided online portals which provide the ability to pay or monitor account activity any time of day. Detailed online account history helps each tenant stay up to date and eliminates tenant confusion.
- Rent collections are top priority. Effective collection activity starts with consistency. All rents are due on the 1st of each month with a 5 day grace period. If payment is not received by the 6th a late fee is issued and a past due notice is posted on their door. We follow up with a phone call to discuss payment arrangements. If no contact has been made we immediately proceed with a 3-day notice. Legal action will be taken if payment is not received after the 3-day notice has matured.
- Evictions are filed promptly with top real estate attorneys and a representative from LMG will attend court as needed with no additional charge.
- We handle all resident complaints or any potential violations with local municipalities.
